1. Introduction
Welcome to JobDevOps. By accessing our website located at https://jobdevops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://jobdevops.com/privacy-policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description
JobDevOps is a job board dedicated to the DevOps industry. We provide a platform for companies to post job listings including details such as company name, website, position title, location, remote work options, contract type, position description, and either an application URL or a public email. Note that JobDevOps does not facilitate direct applications on the website nor stores any resumes, CVs, or personal application data.

3. User Registration and Responsibilities
To post a job, a company must register using an email address and complete a payment via Stripe. Registered users can submit job details, which will be publicly displayed on our job board for one month. Users can edit their postings an unlimited number of times during this period. After one month, job postings can be extended for another month upon an additional purchase. Unpaid job postings will remain visible but will not include the application link or email.

4. Data Collection
We collect personal information such as name, email, and payment details from registered users. We also use cookies to gather non-personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

6. Amendments to Terms
JobDevOps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be communicated to users via email and effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
