Opportunity:
Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Cleared Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lorton, Virginia to provide expertise with the following technologies and techniques:

• Powershell, Powershell DSC, Bicep/ARM and/or Azure CLI (or demonstrated capability in similar languages)
• Azure Administration and Automation (or equivalent experience in another cloud)
• Deploying, troubleshooting, and proposing adjustments to existing infrastructure as code
• Windows imaging
• Scripting silent application installation
• Creating automation to support imaging
• Testing and deploying created images
• Windows system administration including patching (in a cloud environment preferred)
• Leveraging WSUS
• Creating automation or group policy changes to resolve issues detected by ACAS

Responsibilities:
- Review and use existing automation for Azure workload deployments with customer site specific requirements.
- Resolving vulnerabilities within multiple Azure environments.
- Proactive research on optimal solution and deployment within the existing configuration.
- Update Azure workstation images using existing automation with application adjustments per requirements.
- Testing and deployment of completed Azure workstation images.
- Support customers within the environment.
- Resolve issues.
- Demonstrate best techniques for their goals.
- Create documentation for customer use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and automation.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced technical competency and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Active Directory Domain Services
• Active Directory Federated Services
• Active Directory Certificate Services
• Windows Server Update Services
• YUM
• ACAS Automation
• Azure VPN Gateways
• Azure Monitor / Log Analytics
• Kubernetes
• Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
• Mission Application Experience
• Azure Stack Networking
• Type Accreditation Support

- 5+ years related experience in SCI/SAP environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
- 5 - 8 years demonstrated performance in related technology.
- Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- Travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business.
- Technical certifications in Azure.

Requirements
- Must be within driving distance of Lorton, VA OR willing to relocate there (Relocation Assistance Package Available).
- Must be willing to work onsite.
- Must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance or above.

Salary Description:
$175,000.00 - $195,000.00
